Our first proSapient Americas office was opened in Raleigh, North Carolina in January 2019 and experienced significant growth since. How long have you been at proSapient?

It will be three years in January 2024!

What does your role entail?

My team is responsible for recruiting and hiring professionals in the early stages of their career in Raleigh, NC & Toronto, Canada into our client services team! This includes attending university events, hosting career events, creating and developing social media strategy, creating and launching diversity and inclusion initiatives and conducting interviews!

What is the most exciting part of your role?

The DEI work that the talent team does, every single person that is on the Talent Acquisition team here shares the same passion for Diversity & Inclusion and the work that we have done in 2 years has been outstanding to be a part of. What we have created here is unmatched and I wouldn’t want to change that experience for the world!

Tell us a tip for success, what do you always ensure that you do each day?

I always make sure to set weekly goals and stay organized. In a role that has so many moving parts and competing responsibilities, it can be easy to lose myself in my work, so I typically set weekly goals and daily to-do list based on priority. I also, always start my day with a coffee and take a lunch break! The most productive employee is one that has work-life balance!

proSapient has plenty of goals, commitments, and development points over the coming months - where are you most interested in seeing proSapient and why?

I am looking forward to the continued growth of our Toronto & Raleigh offices! When I started working here, I could count the number of employees in North America on my hands and toes (!) Now we have over 100 employees across both offices, and I am looking forward to helping with that continued growth.

Lastly, what is something we don’t know about you that is unique/interesting?

I am a self-proclaimed make-up artist and hair stylist on the side lol I was laid off my previous job at the beginning of the pandemic, so I started to watch YouTube and TikTok tutorials to learn how to do my hair and I haven’t looked back since. Now every style and makeup look is flawless!

How long have you been at proSapient?

It will be 3 years in November 2023! It's been a long journey full of ups and downs, but I am grateful for all the lessons I have learned and the people I have met.

What does your role entail?

My role involves setting a vision for my Business Unit and enabling my teams to reach that vision. This includes building client account strategies, forecasting revenue, people management, resource planning, and, most importantly, building a high-performance culture!

What has been the most exciting part of your growth at proSapient?

The most exciting and fulfilling part of my role is being a part of so many of my colleagues' personal growth stories: three individuals whom I guided as associates during my time as a manager now lead teams of their own, I've witnessed struggling associates transform into top performers in the company, and I have observed my peers conquer significant goals that once seemed unreachable. I am truly humbled to think about the remarkable achievements of those in our proSapient community and I am thankful I am here to be a part of it.
