Life at proSapient in Toronto


Toronto is one of our newest offices, launching in February 2022. It is the smallest of our locations with around 20 employees, there are huge growth plans in the works for our Canadian HQ which is incredibly exciting! Within the first year of opening, the team has already had many outstanding achievements, and they are just getting started!

What does your role entail?

My role entails ensuring the success of the Toronto office from a people perspective. I aid in the learning and development of the team in addition to helping with administrative tasks

Describe what it is like to work at proSapient in 3 words...

Changing and growing.

Tell us a top tip for succeeding - what do you always ensure you do each day?

Teamwork makes the dream work. I am very fortunate at proSapient to work with an amazing people operations team. Whenever I have an issue I feel confident that my team members will assist, help me talk my problems out or point me in the right direction of someone who can. Without them, I would not have been able to be as successful as I have been thus far.

proSapient has plenty of goals, commitments, and development points over the coming months - where are you most interested in seeing proSapient and why?

I am looking forward to the growth of the Toronto office and watching it succeed.6. Tell us what you like to do to unwind outside work... Outside of work, I am a fan of trying new beers, drinking coffee and watching excessive Netflix and bachelor franchises.

Who do you find most inspirational and why?

I find Jacinda Ardern inspiring because she is constantly breaking down barriers for women and demonstrating their ability to lead all while being a mother.

Lastly, what is something we don't know about you that is unique/interesting?!

I am an excellent cook, I am always trying out new recipes and looking to grow and improve my repertoire.
